RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because Deercat sells perishable food products, we generally do not accept returns.

Eligible Refund Situations

We will replace or refund orders that are:

  • damaged in transit

  • incorrect due to our error

  • missing items

To request help, email contact@deercatstudio.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • photo if applicable

Personalized Mixes

Custom or personalized mixes are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • opened food

  • taste preferences

  • melted candy due to weather

  • delivery delays outside our control

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
